Reaching your goals isn’t always a straight path. Whether it’s career, health, fitness, or any other goal, you will experience set backs. In the athletic world this may be a serious injury. In daily life, you may experience some unfortunate health related problems. It is almost inevitable that you will encounter set backs, but how you respond to adversity will make the difference between accomplishing your goal and failing to get to where you want to be. Never lose sight of the big picture and take small, consistent actions each and every day to reach your goals. Think of set backs/failures as a learning opportunity and where to broaden your perspective. If you’re going to fail (and everyone does) ….FAIL FORWARD!
