I met Brian after following his social media accounts and feeling a strong connection to the deeper message he delivered through story telling and various movement practices. After reaching out and beginning a mentorship while completing his online Art of Breath course, we focused on three pillars: State, Mechanical and Physiological. A goal of mine was discovering the deeper meaning behind the practice of choice, the “why” or drivers that facilitated the behaviors, actions and ultimately patterns. Within the mentorship, breath work was the focal point as a mechanism to further understand and peel back the layers of my questions/interests.
