The Four Agreements

I previously wrote an article about the age of (mis)information and how more information can be equally as problematic as lack of information. There is no greater source in today's world than social media. With little to no filter in regards to accuracy or truth, how does one know what to believe? On the flip side, how can one navigate putting information onto social media? The realistic balance of wanting your information to be seen and reaching a target audience, while not compromising quality, truth or causing unintended consequences, can be challenging. A personal set of practical guidelines I lean to that may be helpful are found in the book The Four Agreements and go as follows:
